Valley blocks 1.5.x cant be placed. Error says cant change ground/surface.

Have had that issue in the past a few times.
I could not find a fix for it.
But it changed back sometime later by itself.

It already happened under TMU also.

So can not give an instant solution. Sorry.

But for me it solved more or less the way it came.

TmUnlimiter was the tool that made map making interesting for me. At the moment we have too many servers with the same content. Ping around 100.
Framrate around 10.

On Canyon & Storm servers.
