Now I've tried two cards to try and purchase another copy of the game and it's saying payment is refused. You guys have a LOT to work on. I appreciate the help but this is ridiculous. This is very odd. How can you get the B2.1b update (build 23/01/2013 22:15) if you don't have an account, and how can you have an account without a valid key? Did you also try to enter the key to get a validation code? And please also make sure you select to have the "optional updates" th...

Once I log in, where do I go?
If I go to Account > Players Keys, then enter my key, I get this:

"This game key is not activated."

after the 2.1b update, it's saying my key isn't valid and that i only have the demo.
that seems to be the issue and by doing a basic search it seems that this is a problem that has happened before.

neither did the product key.

i wonder if it's because i'm entering in the product key vs. the activation code?
i'm not currently at my home computer so i'll have to try when i get home.

i have both my activation code and my product key readily available.

yeah i've got the key. i assume it was a beta key. purchased it from the shootmania website directly.
i've been playing fine for the past few days.

i just purchased a key for $15.99.
all of a sudden today it's asking me to re-enter the key and telling me it's invalid.

So it looks like there was an interface update to maniaplanet.
It's asking me if I want to load Shootmania onto my computer. When it asks for the key I purchased, it says the key is invalid.

Any ideas?
