Just want to be able to bind the left ALT KEY!!!!!

Hello, new here....havent been able to find how to unbind the alt key from the score info...I want to use it to strafe..and I set it to strafe...and there is no conflicts, but when i push left alt, it shows a screen about best defense..best offense..or whatever...how do i disable that so i can use i...
