Ok, I looked for it within TM2 itself and didn't find it. My mistake.

I was wondering if this feature could be implemented in TM2. Dota 2 and Starcraft 2 have this feature that allows for easy alt-tabbing, because the program simply stays running, maximised in the background when it's not in focus.
