Elo I downloaded Skins + Locator files installed it - paid to use it - did port forwarding etc but my custom car skins & avatar is not showing on other pc's.............. i bought this damn game and it is not working like it is suposed to. Any Ideas how to sort it out - i don't want to see a sil...
