Maybe it's because you save the skin, in the ingame painter. That result will be a skin *1024x1024 resolution. Even if you make your stencil huuuge, but still uses the ingame painter, when you hit the save button it will reduce the resolution to 1024. Have a look here, https://forum.maniaplanet.com/...
