I have resolved this issue after looking into it for nearly 3 hours

Disabling rFactor 2 rule within Windows Firewall has resolved the issue.

For anyone researching this in future, it could be firewall related!

I guess its all fair explaining all of that, but the time it will take to create everything for the xbox, change the coding for the xbox, test the game thoroughly for bugs/faults etc, it all takes along time!
