Affected: Maps built using items that have an "ä" in the item name

Issue: The item is missing in the map when the map is played online.

Solo (the CP is an item): Online: Also tested in TM2020, where the issue seems to be fixed.

Any possibility to merge the functionality of GbxItemInfo into GbxDump? It'd be nice to be able to see the embedded items in a map when looking at it in GbxDump.
