Re: How do i hook pyplanet into my server

Hi Mattman, First of all, do you have your maniaplanet dedicated server running on the same machine? And what settings does it have? The default? The following lines in the base.py are for the communication between PyPlanet and the dedicated server: DEDICATED = { 'default': { 'HOST': '127.0.0.1', 'P...

Re: PyPlanet 0.6.4 BUG Pools / Dedimania

From the beginning of PyPlanet it’s not possible and not a good idea to share the same database with several instances. The settings (//settings) are shared with all your pool instances because of this and the dedimania settings are the same for all servers because of this Please try to separate the...

Re: PyPlanet 0.6.4 BUG Pools / Dedimania

Okay, did you configure one PyPlanet with several 'pools'? Are you using the same database for all 5 servers? You should use a separate database for every pool.

Thanks,

Re: Adding plugins to PyPlanet

Hi Ehn, The CurrentCP is not yet bundled with PyPlanet by default. It will be in the future. For now you have to use the separate one which can be installed with the instructions on the Github page https://github.com/teemann/currentcps Do note, there is major bug in this version which results in a m...

Can't connect to any server (debug logs included) (gamenetwork.cpp IsEnabled() failed)

Re: PyPlanet does not like some big maps

Can you please check the dedicated server logs as soon as one map is skipped. Do you see any unusual lines in one of the two log files generated? I'm pretty sure it's not related to PyPlanet, to verify you could download the map file from the server (by FTP or any other software or web-gui) from the...
