Re: Devs watch this video to understand why your games suck
We want the 2005 game with better graphics and a few new enviroments maybe. I would even buy a TMU graphic update. What we get is a total system change, a huge and very empty skeletton of a base structure. With no game to fill it, with the spirit of TMU knocked out of it. We get this huge structure...

Re: Horn not Working following Clear Cache
Without knowing how you originally installed your horn, I can not directly help you. But it sounds like your horn may have been saved in the cache, perhaps by a locator file for it that you used. You might need to reselect the horn in profile options to "refresh" it or redownload it, otherwise you w...

Re: keyboard-only servers
There should be option in game menu to choose keyboard or pad/other. And different sensitivity that matches to same feel and no power over another. Im not sure what youre getting at here. If you are referring to some kind of setting that would balance using a keyboard vs a pad, then that would prob...

Re: Server List and Multi-Environment Servers
I wrote exactly the same in french forums, community looks to approve but Hylis and his team don't react. I do not frequent the French forum, nor do I read French, but I cant imagine that my ideas are unique. And I have never played Battlefield, but I would suppose it works like Red Orchestra 2 whe...

Server List and Multi-Environment Servers
I know that there has been a good deal of discussion on the boards about adding servers supporting multiple environments, etc, but I would like to express some thoughts about the implementation of these and other multiplayer servers in general and create a space for further discussion. To begin, I t...

Re: NadeoImporter
Maybe we can find a solution in Blender (I have to learn about this) I mentioned this a few pages back, but ALL you should need to do is make your model in Blender with normal unit scale and when exporting as FBX, change the scale to 100 . http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff28/zixxiz/blenderfbx.j...

Re: NadeoImporter (Updated !)
Yep, you have to scale it 100 (in the exporter settings) (for some reason fbx is in centimeters by default, and the blender exporter doesn't fill in the unit scale) Thanks, I was going with 64 because a multiple of 2 made sense, but the scale didn't seem quite right. At least I was on the right tra...

Re: NadeoImporter (Updated !)
EDIT: It seems my issue can be fixed by changing the object scale in the .fbx export settings (Blender). If you have an invisible object, and the gbx import has no errors, try scaling up the object when exporting as .fbx. Pertaining to the "invisible" blocks, I may have found a potential issue: My ...

Re: So uh, why make maps for this?
Why are we talking about TM in the SM forum? well.. same reason a lot of shooters of other origin than maniaplanet engine are mentioned in other topics. To compare features. Reason i went into the comment as deep as i did was the fact the poster made an assumption which was incorrect in my opinion....

Re: So uh, why make maps for this?
If your map doesn't get hosted on a server, it is literally useless. If you have a TM track that doesn't get hosted on a server, it is literally useless. And don't try to tell me that you can play it offline, because really, there are an overwhelmingly large number of tracks that are never played m...
