As mentioned in another thread ...steam must have done some stealth update because its working now with no changes on my part.

Same story with me...must have been an ninja update that fixed it.

Not trying to join the flood of Steam Sale newbies here but I'm having the same issue. I've searched this forum best I can as well as other places. Maniaplanet says I'm not connected (when other internet required services and software is working fine) so I assume the issue is there...I've looked aro...
