my cache size is 600mb and i tried clear,but nothing

in p2p setting i have everything set to download

Hi,a have problem with this,i played demo and no problem,but when i buy game ( Canyon ) ,i cant see any avatar,flags or something before name player in MP.
And i dont no why,but i cant set in advanced settings in game visible avatar,i clicking on it,but stlill red
Any solution ?
