Back then, you could create and request Planet payments with the WS SDK (with the class \Maniaplanet\WebServices\Payments). Does the new API have this feature? I'm afraid I can't find anything in the swagger or wherever.

Hey, I believe registering via the PlayerPage is the only possibility. When I click on Plugin Management or go to /admin plugins, the php.exe shuts down. Which also means that it doesn't show any error that I could tell you
