I can just agree with the statements from the other guys. If you have to use the arrow as a rocket, its completely destroyed.. its nearly impossible to hit the opponent, except you get a lucky shot and everytime someone hits another one with arrow the reaction is "WHOA, i got a hit with arrow, ...
