Yes it is... As one armor is 100 damage/"pv" (if i'm right)... you can make a rapid fire weapon that make 1 damage and 50bullet/sec... With a good particle effect it's possible And if only 30 bullet hit the player you can heal him of 30 "pv" if he have not take damage for someth...
