The problem was simple it's my fault
I put the pak file in blocks and not in packs.
Then i did the bat file thing like Coast Kid said me

Ok now i put everything in the right place and i did the bat file thingy.
But the problem is still the same can someone explain me the xml file method?

I tried making the bat file but when i put it in mpbc.exe a windows says that is impossible to open the file because mpbc_probe.dll is missing but it's near mpbc.exe!!

Yes I start with TM2Unlimiter but have i to put mpbc.exe somewhere? When I open it a window that looks like command prompt appears for half a second and then it disappears.

Can someone help me please? you guys are torturing me with all these new blocks!

I have the latest version of tm2unlimiter i hope that someone knows how to fix this...
