if you get cam2 on loops (the one where you can see your car), it's because of maps convertion from older games which is not working properly, and maybe will be fixed. if you get cam3 (when there's no car), well, it's normal... Ah, ok. Yeah just some tracks the camera will be like directly above yo...

I just came here to ask the same question. Almost every server I've played on, the majority of tracks switch to ridiculously awkward loop cameras that both make it super-awkward to steer, and don't allow you to see whatever is in front of you so you wouldn't know where to steer anyway. Pretty seriou...
