Connection was good before lauching the game.

I have problem with speed of download while updating the game.My net connection is 60mb and when the game has to be updated so the download is about 100kb/s.Do not you know where is the problem?

When I minimize game and then maximize so it takes so long time on win XP and my mates have same bug.I have tried it on win 7 and It's immediately there.
Does exist some repair pack or something like that to being as well fast?
