personally, i dont care about reselling games. my only (and big) problem with the ubisoft drm is that ugly you-need-to-be-online-in-100%-of-the-time-thingy. why in hell would a game developer like nadeo, who is (or was? :P) famous for being community-friendly take away features like LAN mode for LAN...
