Made a topic about this a week or so ago, and still haven't figured out the issue.
Running ATI 5870. Might end up trying my brothers 470 and seeing if it's an ATI issue.

At configure, put High Definition on. By default it already was. When I changed it to Low Definition, once turning the game one, it asked me to download the High Definition textures, so I clicked yes. I restarted the game, turned it back on and High Definition was now the default again, but it stil...
