I bought the game on 8/17 and still have not received a single email of any kind. They've charged my card. I'll have to dispute the charges if I don't get a key or something.

I'm in the same boat. Bought it 24hrs ago, PM'd cerovan 20hrs ago, and I've never recieved any emails. I can see that "RBS WORLDPAY" authorized the amount on my card, but it doesn't look like they've settled it yet. For those of you who don't know how credit cards work, this means that the...

I'm in the US. I managed to get through the queue after an hour and buy it. I've downloaded and installed it, but still waiting on my confirmation email.
