Re: Multienvironment Maker + TrackMania² substitute pack

Cannot confirm, the physics are very close to their TMUF counterparts. You have to keep in mind that the materials used in TM2 environments and their surfaces behave differently than in TMUF. Drive the CoastCar in TMUF Stadium and you'll end up with the same result for example.

Re: Background color changed recently

It's an issue that got introduced with the latest update. Entering the mediatracker through the map editor makes it appear in a grey-ish tint (for whatever reason), while the mediatracker looks perfectly normal anywhere else. Already reported: https://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic.php?f=647&t=4534...

Re: [BUG] MP4.1 camera problem in Loopings etc.

One of the recent updates changed the internal name of camera2 inside of the Mediatracker (for whatever reason, really), probably causing these conversion incompatibilities as a result. The only way to properly make these maps work is to open them up in the editor and manually change the camera swit...

Re: TM2 Lagoon physics

The physics were slightly altered due to code change, resulting in PF starts to not work properly anymore. A similar thing can be observed on Lagoon E04 for instance. Nothing you can do about it sadly, except for trying your best to avoid a terrible landing somehow...

Re: No Damage

You can try to find custom car skins without a damage model over at www.maniapark.com, however there is no simple solution to disable the visual damage on the standard models.

Re: Radio Silence: TM2 Canyon Physics bug

Can confirm the fix. Problematic sections now behave as expected, so I think this chapter can be closed. Will investigate further and let you know. Also interesting information about Canyon, Valley and Lagoon sharing the same physics code. Not surprising since all three cars work the same in their c...

Re: Radio Silence: TM2 Canyon Physics bug

A really easy way to check the two wheel behavior is the start of D06 in the Canyon campaign. The first left downhill is a very extreme two-wheel case and you can easily judge the turning radius by racing one of the top leaderboard ghosts, which are all driven in MP4.0 with "correct" physics.

Re: Press Forward maps are broken

According to the changelog, the physics have been adjusted to potentially make MP4.0 PF starts better. Can you maybe try to race a few MP4.0 PF's to see if there is any difference?
