you need to upload the skin to some webspace and create a .loc file with the url to the skin. So if your skin is called myskin.zip you need to create a myskin.txt file, put the url to it on the first line, for example http://www.mywebspace.com/myskin.zip then rename it to myskin.loc and put it with ...
