Which part of the XML document does that go in?

So what, if anything do I need to add to my server's config?

I have paid my deposit, and I still do not have the tag on my server.

The server is PC Supremacy, located in NW England.

Do I need to alter my server's configuration file further with regard to obtaining the tag?
