I assume you mean this: 1) You can try to create your account on another computer. Then you should be able to play from any computer, by binding a new profile to your created account. 2) You can also wait few hours/a day and you sould be able to create an account. 3) You can try to follow these ins...

I have the exact same problem, getting the exact same Error message. You're not alone brother!

I have no idea how to solves this tho ... i haven't got to play the game yet.
