Starting block: steering alert?
Hi, I recently started playing pad, and soon enough, I understood one of many pad players' complaints: starting a run with you car automatically tilting to the left/right. It's something that can usually be fixed by adapting the dead zone in your settings, nevertheless, one might want to keep this s...

Re: No titlepack available
Hi all
I ended up uninstalling/reinstalling the game with steam yesterday evening, and it appeared to have fixed the problem. I don't know if it's related to any Nadeo fix or not.
Cheers

No titlepack available [fixed]
Hello, Upon starting my game, in spite of rebooting the game, steam, and even my computer, I get this screen: https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2019/45/1/1572887205-nice.png I have no titlepack available, and when I try entering one "ghost" titlepack (by clicking on the slots), it loads...

Re: Bug uploading to dedimania
Ok, I tested a little bit this morning. I can reproduce the error 100% of the time. If I restart the map after 5 minutes or more, then error 100% of the time. If I restart before 5 minutes , then no error ever occurs. So there's definitely something shady around the 5-minute mark. I don't know if it...

Re: Bug uploading to dedimania
I'm not sure the client needs to send anything to keep the connection alive after the server agrees to keep it alive. Sending frequent request could artificially keep the connection non idle, but as you mentionned, one could also increase the timeout. This is a bad idea imo, because if the client su...

Re: Bug uploading to dedimania
Indeed. I don't quite understand how this is suppose to be better for their servers. Especially if there a thousands of open connections. Anyway, I tried once more waiting for about 30 minutes, and after //res, same error. I think Dedimania is trying to close the connection as soon as it can (after ...

Re: Bug uploading to dedimania
Hmmm, I can see this self.headers = { 'User-Agent': 'PyPlanet/{}'.format(version), 'Accept': 'text/xml', 'Accept-Encoding': 'gzip', 'Content-Type': 'text/xml; charset=UTF-8', 'Content-Encoding': 'gzip', 'Keep-Alive': 'timeout=600, max=2000', 'Connection': 'Keep-Alive', } I'm not sure, but doesn't it...

Re: Unable to open local server
Thanks for your participation. The path to the folder contains only alphanumerical characters. I tried putting the map directly in the same folder, same error occured. NEVERTHELESS , you were kind of right because I tried renaming the map file "test.gbx" and it worked... :o The mapname con...

Bug uploading to dedimania
Hello, When I restart a map (using //res), sometimes, the connection to Dedimania fails. It happens about 30% of the time, and mostly when I've played the map for more than, say, 15 minutes. I usually only get a "Dedimania error", but this time I got this https://image.noelshack.com/fichie...
