Since linking didnt work try with this:

Hi i'm having performance problems after the Maniaplanet 4 Update. I used to play with 50/60 FPS with everything lowered. Now its 10/15. Also , i play tmnf with 100 fps having again everything low and even high graphic cars. So i don't see how is that my problem , i updated all my drivers yesterday....
