Do the other players have custom skins online enabled in their start settings? Did you try for a bit longer (reset to map start a few times, maybe wait 2 minutes on the map and try again)? What site are you using to host the file?

What exactly isn't working? Do you not see the skin in-game? Does it not replicate in multiplayer? Does it maybe have too many verts to be replicated? a too large scale? Is there a typo in the loc or the skin file?

Bacically, when a player flies above the max build height, he will trigger all clips that are at max build height below him, even when he's not even close to touching them.
