Ok so you have to contact the support for retrieving your key: One key is enough to generate a new validation code. Yahoo, i managed to make new validation code with activation code that i have :) Thank you very much for advice :thumbsup: And i've contacted ubi support 2 days ago, hope they answer ...

Hi, You can generate a new validation code here : What do you by 2 of 3 keys from my games are gone? Can you still access these games? Keys can't be dissociated from your account without the support. I mean i lost e-mail with activation codes from 2 of 3 of my games. Games itself associated with my...

Hi. I've just returned to TM2 after 1-2 years and have some problems with my account. I can login and play the games, but 2 of 3 keys from my games are gone, and now i can't make any ingame purchases, it asks me validation code. How can i restore my games keys (they all are linked to account)?
