This is a bug with AMD graphics cards. It is fixed in TM2020, but this fix will never come to maniaplanet since nadeo stopped supporting it.

ye, turned out they're in the .Pak files, so i had to extract them with openplanet

The mod is frm maniapark and i tried other mods (like wifi bumpers)
i even checked the zip to check if the textures weren't default
