Every time I try to join a server it is loading for a little while before it says I cannot connect?

I have formated my computer and just downloaded TM2 again but now I cant play at all? I have tried several different servers...

I haven't really understood the currency Planets, what can I do with them?

What is going on? Suddenly I cannot login because 'I'm not conneced to the internet' while I speak with my friends at Skype and they have no problem playing it..

What should I do? Just wait? :/
