Re: [B3.1][IDEA] offblock with "respawn"

I would second that idea.

Re: Xaseco2, MLEPP or Foxcrontrol??

MLEPP (based on ManiaLive) runs fine here. It meets all my needs. It's easy to add/remove MX tracks ingame, to setup your own musicbox and to re-arrange the various widgets on the screen (via .ini files). And it runs very stable on my Debian-based server, have not encountered any crash or lagginess ...

Setting time limit based on author's time?

Hi folks, I am looking for a plugin which sets the time limit (in time attack mode) depending on the author's racing time. Or with other words: The time limit of a particular map should be a multiple of the author's time. Example: If the author's time is 35 sec. and the multiplicator is set to 5 the...

Re: Points loss

Of course, for the vendor of a game it is better to have a pointing system in place which rewards players who play often. This way they increase the motivation of people to go online as much as possible. Having a system in place where players points can decrease could possibly demotivate them and ca...

Re: Points loss

@PurplePants: I would second your idea(s). Would be kinda like the Elo number for chess players: Only if you win your Elo increases. If you lose it decreases. How much it is increased/decreased depends on your current Elo and that of your opponents. Would give the ladderboard a totally new perspecti...

Re: Look behind cam ??

I would vote for a rear mirror (with a wide angle view) which can be toggled on/off on top of the screen. I was slightly expecting such a feature in TM2C...

Your replay is interesting. I would have sworn that air braking didn't work. I've tried it many times to no avail. Is it really just hitting the brake button once you are in the air?

Re: Airbreak

FFS. It's not a bug! :teub: For Christ's sake. No reason to get angry. We are just discussing pros and cons, and both sides have their arguments. If you land perfectly flat in Stadium, the chassis clips with the track and wigs out. The simple solution? Don't land -perfectly- flat. How can you contr...

Well, the solution to this is to eliminate those bugs and not to remove a feature instead... :o
