Phlepper, it is your Saitek Keyboard. :( I swapped out my old Saitek Eclipse Keyboard (so old it only works in blue light) for my G15 Logitech and problem solved - even the mouse works the way it should now... Must be some weirdness but thats what you need to do - swap out that Saitek from something...
