Re: Propose your Stadium Chase Attack Community maps!

Are you still looking to update/change the rotation for the Chase Attack channel? I think some of the consistent players would like to see something new on there, or if possible a rotation every other day/mixture. I vote +1 for new maps and rotation :thumbsup: If still valid, we could perhaps ask m...

Re: CMlGraphCurve::Style

Hi cgdb, The element has been a mystery for me for a quite a while and I was re-discovering the possibilities lately. I was kind of hoping it could do also curves and fills... But this new infos helps to draw much more easily graphs from manialink as the only known way by this far was to generate ma...

manialink: "mathgame"

Hi,

I crafted a little math-oriented manialink, maybe it can be somewhat called a game even it doesn't count points.
I think that might be actually a good thing :) It just asks you to sum and negate random 2 digit numbers...
No fancy graphics, i kept it simple :)

Have fun,

<graph> element usage, CMlGraphCurve::Style ?

Hi, I've seen <graph> can do lines, but GraphCurve suggest that it could do bezier as well... What are the possible values for the Style attribute ? Can <graph> hold possible <curve> values ? Something like: <graph min="0 0" max="100 100"> <curve color="fff" width="0.1"> <point pos="0 0" /> <point p...

Re: ManiaplanetServer 2019-04-01

Hi, and many thanks for update! I have few concerns though, so does this has any fix for dedicated going unstable after 50+ players? There's alot of red ignored times going on, especially on rounds mode. If it's not possible to fix, maybe make sync possibility to servers, so there is 50 max players ...

Player page: dedicated server config helper

Config helper is a huge help! Although of that, the examples it generates for matchsettings files, are very hard to read. see example: example.JPG Readability can be enhanced hugely with a small css-snipplet: Here's my proposed fix: code { display: block; white-space:pre-wrap; } see example 2: exam...

Re: Idea collection for new modes

Oh, So it's not knockout then :)

For your info, you can read the player positions... so you can calculate the distance between 2 players.
I think MathLib had ready-made method for this already, best of luck with the game mode :)

Re: [ENGLISH] Segmentation Fault Linux

You're gonna have to post some more details about the segfault - eg. the callstack (run it through gdb and type "bt", then "info file", then paste the outputs here). :?: Even I didnt' understand how to do this.... Could you write more detailed instructions how to extract the callstack on linux ?

Re: Idea collection for new modes

All players can start at same time but anyone who have a finish time considerably longer than the fastest player get eliminated. Repeats until only one player remains. Reseting the car or restarting means instant elimination (pretty like rounds mode). Isn't this same as knockout, same as last n-pla...

Re: [Bug] CMlFrame.Size is always <100.0, 100.0>

Many thanks for detailed answer about the issue :thumbsup:, seems it apparently is not a bug then :) You can try to create a ManiaLink with a frame which has a "size" attribute and see it implements a basic form of clipping... Yeah, also i found it that defining size for the frame also updates the s...
