OK, so the ports are not an obvious cause. Unless someone else has a good suggestion, I think we need to go through a careful process of elimination. Are you sure your server ports are set correctly? I notice yours have five digits, instead of the usual four: <server_port>27010</server_port> <server_p2p_port>27011</server_p2p_port> <xmlrpc_port>27012</xmlrpc_port> It may be possible that the ports your have set up are making the connections unsta...

Thanks TMarc for your suggestions. Nice quick reply. :thumbsup: I have been using the 32-bit .exe to start directly but this error still relates to the d3dcompiler_47.dll , which is 64-bit . Strange. So I deleted both the 64-bit .exe and the 64-bit .dll files. Managed to get ONE clean start and exit...
