Weird FPS Lag, Bug?

Hello,
when I play on servers I got some weird fps lags every 2-3 minutes. Im not sure, but I got this problem since Mp4.1 i think and it's only in SM.

Specs:
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core
8GB Ram
Windows 10 pro 64-bit
