The idea of this game mode is that there are 2 teams: An Attack Team and a Defend Team. You can set the amount of rounds (Either "First to" or "Best of") and when teams switch places (up to 5 rounds).
Example:
Map: Coastline
Attack Objective 1: Deactivate the defensive gates (Set a switch as the objective)
Defense Objective 1: Guard the gates leading to your base
Attack Loadouts (You can set the classes and their names);
Soldier (Assault Rifle, Pistol, 2 Grenades)
Wingman (SMG, Pistol, 1 Grenade)
Defense Loadouts;
Guard (Assault Rifle, Pistol, 2 Grenades)
Recon (SMG, Pistol x2, 1 Grenade)
Attack Objective 2: Plant a bomb and destroy the shield tower (The Bomb can be defused by Defend Team)
Defense Objective 2: Prevent destruction of the shield tower
Attack Loadouts;
Frontlines (Assault Rifle, Pistol, 3 Grenades)
Support (Light MG, Pistol, 2 Sticky Grenades)
Agent (Silenced SMG, Silenced Pistol, Tactical Knife, 1 Grenade)
Defense Loadouts;
Defender (Assault Rifle, Pistol, 3 Grenades)
Gunner (Light MG, Pistol, 2 Grenades)
Spec Ops (Silenced SMG, Silenced Pistol, Tactical Knife, 1 Grenade)
Attack Objective 3: Hack into the power mainframe and overload the reactor (Defense Team can override the process)
Defense Objective 3: Keep the attackers away from the mainframe
Attack Loadouts;
Maverick (Assault Rifle, Shotgun, 3 Grenades)
Destroyer (Light MG, Rocket Launcher, 3 Grenades)
Special Agent (Silenced SMG x2, Silenced Pistol x2, Tactical Knife, C4 x2)
Marksman (Sniper Rifle, Assault Rifle, 2 Grenades)
Medic (Assault Rifle, Pistol x2, 4 Medpacks)
Defense Loadouts;
Security (Assault Rifle, Shotgun, 3 Grenades)
Anti-Support (Light MG, Rocket Launcher, 3 Grenades)
CQC Gunner (Silenced SMG x2, Silenced Pistol x2, Tactical Knife, C4 x2)
Sharpshooter (Sniper Rifle, Assault Rifle, 2 Grenades)
Medic (Assault Rifle, Pistol x2, 4 Medpacks)

The wonderful hook of this game is that -you- can make whatever game mode you want, due to the intuitive nature of both the editor and mediascript. I can't WAIT to get my hands on the mapmaker...

I think games today aren't strategic, I hope that Maniascript will give us the possibility to create strategics games, as your idea

One thing that is a MUST in Shootmania for me to be fully satisfied is that teamwork actually is a necessity, rather than a contrivance. Because in so many games that have team-modes and would benefit from actual COMMUNICATION, even in the team capture the flag type modes, everybody just guns for themselves...

You perfectly describe Call of Duty right there. And I perfectly agree with you. We want more teamwork based games. The first one that get me in the strategic game was Wolfeinstein: Enemy territory and it was AWESOME!!! After I bought CS:S and I was addicted to real games. Though I like rushing games or play for yourself, it's kind of boring because you never play with other people.
