they're like totally different. lumia is on windows phone, samsung is on android and supports two sim cards at once. what would you do with the phone?

If i was you i'll go for the 520. Windows phone is far better for this level of smartphones. Android needs a better hardware than the GS Duos to be pleasant at use.
