[Beta2] ManiaPlanet 2 Beta Server 2012-12-20

hi all!

Here is an update to fix some of the "glitches" from the beta2 release.

It includes bugfixes. The most notables :
- the planet transactions are fixed
- the server starting to change maps in quick series when idle
- scripts updates to royal and elite.

I hope the most glaring issues of the beta2 are ironed out. But we keep working on it!

Not quite. The array error response from SendBill is fixed, but transactions still don't work:
- I sent 100 planets to my server via in-game mail
- tried to donate another 20 via XAseco2 plugin, and got state 6 (Error) back from BillUpdated, with TransactionId 0 and StateName "Error: Transaction cannot be created : creator is not validated."

Both my TracKMania 2: Canyon (Time Attack) and ShootMania: Storm (Royal) seem to be working like champions with this update. Thanks so much!

Works perfect so far

Donations with the Xaseco2 plugin seem to work on our server (no errors and a changed /topdons)

i`m just gonna update it.. few questions> anyone tested it for tm2 rounds? skins loading? i noticed issue when using different point system than default .. at end of round its shows default point increase .. for winner +10 for example, but it counts points by selected system.. its just minor thing.

Updated our roundsserver, but didnt had the time to check the point increase.
You can check it on our Smurfen.net 90k server if it works like it should

I confirm, wrong win display point (+10 for winner) but good total count (+25).
