You could add that this isn't an error and can be ignored:

Given that it's been in the dedicated start-up log since, probably, the very beginning, I reckon the chance of that doc page explaining it is significantly bigger than it getting fixed. ;)

Why creating a own site when Xymph is doing the same stuff since years ? Also his site provides more possibilities to compare the different api versions. I´m also quite sure he is faster in updating so why not just link the XML-RPC Method page to his website ?
