Guestlist

Hi all

Some of you guys ever used that guestlist system
I'm trying to master it but I have some pain it seems.

Am I right about its goal ? On a server protected by a password, the logins in the guestlist are allowed to entrer freely on it (= no need to type the password for them).

I put a login via adminserv in the guestlist. When i go to check guestlist.txt, this login is also there.
I even added the name of the file in the dedicated_cfg : <guestlist_filename>guestlist.txt</guestlist_filename>

Where am I wrong

Guestlist is when your server is full so maybe 20/20 you can join even if there is no slot available. But be careful this is not allowed on ladderservers.

You can set a servers config to 0/0 players, and use the guestlist to limit access to guestlist players only. No need to set a password in this case
