TM4 dedicated server invisible on network

Hi team,
I have managed to get our dedicated server to run..

but this server cannot be seen from any of the computers on our lan network (or even from the computer that it is running from!)
These machines easily see each other when they use TMCanyon to create a local server from inside the game.
We have tried tweaking the ports but maybe dont really know what we are doing?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Also maybe we dont need a dedicated server- we are just looking for a way to see each others 3D models and car skins in the local server. all of the p2p upload and download settings are ticked in the Maniaplanet launcher settings but it still does not work.
I would really appreciate some help as I am using this in a small alternative school for education and this is a frustrating block to getting it working how we would like.

You are running the Maniaplanet 3 server, not the Maniaplanet 4 server.

Yes! Thank you have got it running successfully but still cannot see custom models for the players... I will go into the forums and see if I can work it out..
