Performance issues with Players from Russia

Hello,

its a base discussion in every game, and most games have a problem with it, but i thought that TM is not effected by this.

I recognized that sometimes if a player from russia, asia etc. (far away) connected to a server
that the game feels tough like in pudding, but ping/FPS and everything seems to be okay

I really do not want to block out player from this countries of my servers, so maybe you have a solution or info about this ?

Happen in TM1 & TM2, i have no plan if it is only client or also server sided.

What do you mean "tough", if there's no ping / FPS issues? You're gonna have to give a bit more information than that. For example, Ctrl+F7 should show you performance stats and stuff.

I recognized that this normalized after 1-2 rounds. Its mostly with russian and same area ppls but also with other from countries far away.

Its really annoying.
