[BUG] Maps built using items that have an "ä" have items missing online

Affected: Maps built using items that have an "ä" in the item name

Issue: The item is missing in the map when the map is played online.

Solo (the CP is an item):

Also tested in TM2020, where the issue seems to be fixed.
