[TM2] Lost some titles after update

After the last update for this game, I had lost some of my titles I purchased. I can't launch Trackmania Valley and some other titles , it's giving me an option to buy the game but I already did. I tried to redeem my key again and it tells me I already used this key. Any help please?

Where did you purchase the previous keys in the past?

If someone has a duoaccount with which he bought an Envi, he could play under MP3 the other Envi's also. This has changed with MP4, now he can only play the purchased title. For all others, a key is requested or the purchase offered.

I bought directly from the Maniaplanet site , and I still got the email which has my receipt and activation key.

I only have one account so I don't think something like that could be the problem.

There have been some account related issues in the past days which should have been solved now, according the the replies in the other topics.

Yes the player page works for me . I can log in without a problem. It's just the problem of launching other titles.

One cause is this:

More than half the custom titlepacks I had vanished from my account today.

If you've just import your account in MP4 and the vanished title pack were on MP3 but not (yet) on MP4, that's normal.

Yes , so how can I get my vanished title packs back?

you will have to wait until the title pack creators have 1. updated them to the changes in Maniaplanet 4 and 2. uploaded their updated packs into the new system of Maniaplanet 4.

If you cannot wait, you could install the "last" Maniaplanet 3 version, but this does not work with updated servers then.
