[TM2] MP4 Map Editor Freeze

So Yesterday I started working on a new map. (first one to be released to the public)
and I used a few Blocks wich were edited in the mesh editor (removed railings so the blocks can be placed next to each other for wider driveways)
saved the map. now today I wanted to work a bit on it. and once I tried to load the map in the editor this strange thing happens..

• - Track starts to load.
  - Loading freezes (keeps playing the background music).
  - At a certain point the screen changes into a random frame. (sometimes MP homepage, or a random track replay).
  - Task manager says it got stuck.
  - Cannot do a single thing to close the game but forcing it trhough the task manager.

There is no crash log to be found only a freeze detect log with a small code in it:
01F52904

it now happens to all maps I try to open again... can anyone look at this?
