[HELP] I can't chat anymore

Here's another issue I found: when I press t or enter, it always says "Chat disabled in demo mode." I'm not in demo mode, actually. I have full version of game, bought from Steam. Emails are same, but still when I'm trying to chat, it always returns me "Chat disabled in demo mode." Is that a bug or what? I'm trying to restart game - same thing (chat is not available for me).
