which shadow quality did you select?

another cause could be dynamic light.

to be 100% sure, for a good comparison, use your map without the mod, calculate the shadows, run and check fps.
do the same with the mod.

I always use normal. It's the map from Trackmania Nations Forever. Forever maps work with Stadium but you have to make record.
