Perhaps you need to put another Stadium map there. Download any from http://tm.mania-exchange.com/tracksearc ... ronments=2 and try again.

I just reinstalled the game and deleted my user folder "maniaplanet" along with it.

I use the same target line and ran it.
Now it opens up but instead of previous message
I get this

After some time, when it looks like it's going to download a file or something, i get this:

Thats very weird. Apparently you need to update all regular titles first. :?

Btw. you have posted 2x the same link.

Oh my bad, the 2nd pic was just giving me an error for not being able to download.

Also, what do you mean by "update all the regular titles first"?

Thank you

by this I mean: start every station of the official modes. If you have installed the game from a older setup file, it has to download nearly everything again because there were quite some updates in the last months.

I had previously bought it from steam but i felt this track editing would be better done with standalone version especially the target scripts.

Now i downloaded the setup from mania planet website directly. Unless they forgot to update the dl, I have the most current. I downloaded it yesterday i believe.

I appreciate your help very much by the way. If you think I might be missing something, something that people generally miss, let me know. If not, then i can also convert the maps manually one by one through the editor :)

It looks like we're all missing something :?
I just tried, deleted any maps and placed one TMUF-Stadium map and a own already valid TM²-Stadium map in the filder My Maps\Stadium.
Tried any kind of options, always the same (as your picture). ManiaPlanet starts, scans for files, and exists after some while. :|

I guess the recent updates have broken the commandline logic for lightmap calculation

I just converted 100 maps from tmx to Maniaplanet so it does still works.

I downloaded a map from MX , a stadium map , and put it in my maps folder.
Without that I would not start converting.
Without that map its starts and shuts down.
