I don't have a big knowledge in MT, so i need help

How to do a black screen after any lap, if player time is bigger than block limit? (Alike Knockout in NFSMW)

Just do some action after specified time, IF player's time is bigger than specified in start place

if you are 4 players (3 ghosts and the driver) then you can do following:

put 3 triggers after the finish line in driving direction and each kind of trigger has to fill the whole row. the first trigger with blackscreen is set after the worst ghost, the second trigger after the second ghost.
and the best ghost is no blackscreen needed, because:
if you win, you won the race.
if you loose, you don't beat the time to complete this knockout round.

that's the way, i would create it

Please, you can do a example for me? I know how to do only triggers after some time + when i play game used only first trigger

i just tested my solution, i told you something wrong. that isn't able to work because the blackscreen triggers will always played after the time, so i am looking for another solution

ok, i have done here a MT with 5 players (1 person and 4 ghosts), i also described there what you have to do. And if you want 4 players (1 person and 3 ghosts). This is also possible by checking the included readme-trigger

It's a bit complicated at first but it should really work now
I have explained all in the README-Trigger, if you have some special question about this mt feel free to ask.
i will also looking for another better and easier solution, if i find a new mt-clip i will post it here
